Last 25 years Kishore Pratim Biswas is working on the "Nostalgia of Steam Locomotive". Which is a series of painting on Indian steam locomotives.

Kishore have a great knowledge on the steam locomotives. He used to do a lot outdoor study on that.    

Right now in India there is only one artist work on the steam locomotives. Which is not available around us. It's a antic piece, you can view it in museum.    

Having 30 years experience in modern contemporary art, Kishore having the technique & style is very simple, this is an acrylic painting on canvas. Here, He try to use the method of color perspective and contrast of lighting in all over the composition. Mostly He use the monotonic color palate like; Sepia, Gray and Black  and White. Just because of the paintings are looking more of oldies.
